Email signup uses an affirmative subscription process, and double opt in may be used to confirm that the email address belongs to the person who submitted it.
You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
After you unsubscribe, we stop using your information to send the emails you opted out of. We may retain the minimum information necessary, such as your email address and opt out status, on a suppression list so that we can honor your request and avoid contacting you again.
Other subscriber information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations and limited provider backup or security retention.

We generally retain messages submitted through our contact form for up to 24 months after our last communication with you.

Our current website hosting and business mailbox are provided through TMDHosting.
When email signup is enabled, Sender is used for email signup and delivery.

Moving Into Meditation is operated from the United States.
Some service providers that process personal information for us operate in, or use service providers located in, other countries.
As a result, personal information may be processed in the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where our service providers or their subprocessors operate.
