The most important steps you can take to improve brain health and reverse the symptoms of early stage dementia are to reduce the risk factors, maintain mental clarity by practicing mindfulness, exercise your brain by doing puzzles and playing games, eat healthier food high in antioxidants, stay mentally active with reading or watching educational videos on topics that interest you, avoid diets high in sugar or processed carbohydrates which can lead to insulin resistance and diabetes. 


The brain fog, forgetfulness, and mental clarity are some of the most common symptoms of early stage dementia. But there are many things you can do to reverse these symptoms. 

- You can get enough sleep or tweak your lifestyle habits to improve your cognitive function. 

- You can get into a routine of brain exercises, such as puzzles or games that use logic and problem solving skills. 

- You can take supplements that improve neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change its connections and reorganize in response to life experiences. 

- You can adopt brain healthy habits like eating a balanced diet, meditating, keeping stress in check, getting regular physical activity, not smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol excessively, taking your medications as prescribed by your doctor.
